本政策說明 紙鴿 Paper Pigeon（以下簡稱「本 App」）如何處理您的資訊。我們承諾保護您的隱私。
This Privacy Policy describes how 紙鴿 Paper Pigeon ("the App", "we", "us") handles your information. We are committed to protecting your privacy.
1. Data We Collect / 我們收集的資料
本 App 不建立帳號、不要求登入。所有資料均不與任何持久身分（帳號、電子郵件等）連結。App 使用以下資訊：
The App does not create accounts, does not require login. No data is linked to any persistent identity (account, email, etc.). The App uses the following information:
顯示名稱 / Display Name
- 您在設定中輸入的暱稱，僅儲存於裝置本機（UserDefaults） / Your nickname entered in Settings, stored only on-device (UserDefaults)
- 透過藍牙廣播給附近同樣開啟本 App 的裝置，讓對方知道你的名稱 / Broadcast via Bluetooth to nearby devices running the App so others can see your name
- 不會傳送至任何伺服器或第三方 / Never sent to any server or third party
裝置識別碼（Vendor Identifier）/ Device Identifier (IDFV)
- 本 App 使用 Apple 提供的
identifierForVendor（IDFV）作為裝置在 BLE 通訊中的匿名識別碼 / The App uses Apple's identifierForVendor (IDFV) as an anonymous device identifier for BLE communication
- 此識別碼會透過藍牙傳給附近的裝置，用於訊息路由與配對 / This identifier is shared with nearby devices via Bluetooth for message routing and pairing
- 不會傳送至任何伺服器，不與帳號或個人身分連結，不用於追蹤 / Never sent to any server; not linked to any account or personal identity; not used for tracking
- 解除安裝本 App 後，此識別碼即重置 / Resets when the App is uninstalled
2. Bluetooth Usage / 藍牙使用方式
本 App 使用 Core Bluetooth 進行裝置間的直接通訊：
The App uses Core Bluetooth for direct device-to-device communication:
- 廣播（Peripheral）：向附近裝置廣播您的顯示名稱，使對方能找到您
Advertising (Peripheral): broadcasts your display name to nearby devices so they can discover you
- 掃描（Central）：偵測附近同樣開啟本 App 的裝置
Scanning (Central): detects nearby devices also running the App
- 傳訊：聊天訊息與紙條透過藍牙點對點傳輸，不經過任何中繼伺服器
Messaging: chat messages and notes are transmitted peer-to-peer via Bluetooth, with no relay server
藍牙廣播僅在您明確同意後才會啟動（App 首次開啟時會顯示說明並要求確認）。
Bluetooth advertising only starts after you explicitly consent (the App displays an explanation and asks for confirmation on first launch).
3. Data Storage & Retention / 資料儲存與保留
- 聊天記錄僅儲存於您的裝置本機，可在設定中設定保留天數或手動清除
Chat history is stored only on your device; you can set a retention period or clear it manually in Settings
- 紙條記錄同樣僅存於本機，可隨時刪除
Note records are also stored only on-device and can be deleted at any time
- 刪除 App 即永久刪除所有本機資料
Deleting the App permanently removes all local data
- 我們沒有伺服器，無法存取您的任何資料
We have no servers and cannot access any of your data
4. What We Do Not Do / 我們不做的事
- 不建立帳號或收集識別資訊 / We do not create accounts or collect identifying information
- 不上傳任何資料至伺服器 / We do not upload any data to servers
- 不追蹤您的位置 / We do not track your location
- 不嵌入任何廣告 SDK / We do not embed any advertising SDKs
- 不分析使用行為 / We do not analyze usage behavior
- 不與任何第三方共享資料 / We do not share data with any third parties
5. User-Generated Content & Safety / 用戶內容與安全
本 App 允許用戶透過藍牙傳送訊息與紙條（用戶自製內容）。我們採取以下措施保護用戶安全：
The App allows users to send messages and notes via Bluetooth (user-generated content). We take the following measures to protect user safety:
- 內容過濾：所有傳送的訊息於裝置本機即時掃描，自動攔截明顯不當內容
Content Filter: all outgoing messages are scanned on-device in real time to block obviously objectionable content
- 檢舉：用戶可長按任何訊息向開發者檢舉不當內容。開發者承諾 24 小時內回應有效檢舉
Report: users can long-press any message to report objectionable content to the developer. The developer commits to responding to valid reports within 24 hours
- 封鎖：用戶可隨時封鎖任何令其不適的使用者，封鎖後該用戶的訊息立即從畫面消失
Block: users can block any user at any time; blocked users' messages disappear from the screen immediately
- 移除：用戶可長按訊息立即從自己的裝置移除任何訊息
Remove: users can long-press any message to remove it from their own device immediately
6. Age Restriction / 年齡限制
本 App 僅限 18 歲以上（或所在地區法定成年年齡）之用戶使用。我們嚴格禁止未成年人使用本 App。若您認為未成年人正在使用本 App，請透過下方聯絡方式通知我們。
The App is intended for users 18 years of age or older (or the legal age of majority in your region). We strictly prohibit use by minors. If you believe a minor is using the App, please notify us via the contact information below.
7. Changes to This Policy / 本政策的變更
若我們對隱私權政策進行重大變更，將更新本頁面頂端的「最後更新」日期。繼續使用本 App 即表示接受更新後的政策。
If we make material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
